By requesting services, you agree to the following terms:
Estimates & Approval
All quotes are based on visible site conditions. Hidden conditions (rock, roots, drainage issues, etc.) may require adjustments, which will be discussed before continuing.
Scheduling
Projects are scheduled upon deposit (if required). Timing may be affected by weather, site conditions, and workload.
Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate
Deposits may be required to secure scheduling
Late payments may delay current or future services
Site Conditions & Access
Client is responsible for:
Providing clear access to the work area
Marking private utilities, irrigation, or invisible structures
Removing obstacles not included in the scope
We will coordinate 811 for public utility marking where required.
Property Protection
We take care to minimize disturbance, but heavy equipment and materials may cause minor damage to lawns, driveways, or surrounding areas. Repairs can be addressed if included in the scope.
Weather & Delays
Work may be delayed due to weather or unsafe conditions. Scheduling will adjust as needed.
Changes to Scope
Any requested changes after work begins may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.
Warranties
Plant installations may include a limited warranty if properly maintained
Warranty is void due to lack of watering, extreme weather, animals, or physical damage
Seed and lawn establishment are not guaranteed due to variables outside control
Snow & Seasonal Services (if applicable)
Service timing and frequency are based on weather conditions and contract terms. Additional visits or extreme conditions may result in additional charges.
Liability
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing site issues
Damage caused by hidden or unmarked structures
Conditions beyond our control (weather, ground movement, etc.)
Acceptance
Approval of an estimate or use of services constitutes agreement to these terms.
