Position: Landscape Crew / Foreman

Haring Lawn and Landscape is a landscape construction company in Allentown, PA. We do lawn maintenance, cleanups, plantings, patios, retaining walls, drainage, and grading. We’re hiring full-time crew members.

Who We’re Looking For

Motivated, experienced workers in lawn maintenance and landscape cleanup. Hardscape experience is valued and pays more.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license

  • 18 or older

Schedule

Full-time, about 45 weeks a year:

  • March through November: maintenance, cleanups, and landscape and hardscape projects

  • December: hardscape projects until the first snow

  • Late February: 2–3 weeks of project work

  • Winter: snow removal on call, December through early March. Allentown averages 8–12 plowable storms a year, and a storm can run 12–24 hours straight. Storm weeks bring overtime, paid at time and a half past 40 hours.

Pay

$20–27 per hour, based on experience and capability. Rates are reviewed as jobsite responsibilities increase.

Foreman Roles

Foremen run the crew and the job day to day. $25–27 per hour.
